These terms cover your use of O-FEED, a product of Ounkulz Group Ltd. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

What O-FEED is

O-FEED is a business-focused network with a content Feed, a Vault of stories and practical business tools (CV Maker, Invoice & Quotation Maker, Receipt Maker), a Market for buying and selling, a Jobs board, and Ounzy AI, a conversational assistant for finding information, products, jobs, and services within the app.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Verification as a Marketer or Employer requires accurate business information — providing false details to misrepresent who you are may result in your listings being removed or your account suspended.

Market & Jobs listings

O-FEED is a platform that connects sellers with buyers, and employers with job seekers — we are not a party to any sale or employment arrangement made through the app. Sellers and employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, the products or positions they offer, and any agreement they make with another user. We don't guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed products or jobs, and we encourage users to exercise their own judgment, including meeting in safe public places for in-person exchanges.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post (listings, comments, articles submitted for the Vault, etc.), but by posting it you give O-FEED permission to display it within the app. Don't post content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringes someone else's rights, or is spam. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

O-FEED Plus (subscriptions)

O-FEED Plus is a paid subscription offering benefits such as unlocking seller contact details and higher Ounzy AI usage limits. Payments are processed by Paystack; we don't handle or store your card details. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law — check the upgrade page for current pricing and benefits, which may change over time.

Ounzy AI

Ounzy AI generates responses automatically and may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. Don't treat its answers as professional, legal, or financial advice. Free accounts and anonymous visitors have a daily limit on how many questions they can ask; O-FEED Plus subscribers get a higher or unlimited allowance, subject to change.

Advertising

O-FEED displays third-party ads. Interacting with an ad is between you and the advertiser — we aren't responsible for the content, products, or services advertised by third parties.

Ownership

The O-FEED name, the Ounkulz Group and Ounzy names and logos, and the app's design and code belong to Ounkulz Group Ltd. You may not copy, resell, or represent any part of the app as your own.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

O-FEED is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ounkulz Group Ltd. is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including transactions made through Market or Jobs, or reliance on Ounzy AI's responses.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. You can stop using the app at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes

We may update these terms as O-FEED's features change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
